GENERAL DUTIES
Administers one or more aspects of a College athletics program.
- Coordinates development and implementation of information and marketing materials, such as web sites
- Coordinates recreation and intramural programs in support of wellness activities
- Organizes, coordinates, and manages intramural and varsity sports events
- Compiles and reports on statistics for NCAA and CUNY requirements; compiles reports on programs and activities
- Coordinates scheduling of facilities and programs
- Assists management with planning and oversight of various athletics activities
- Performs related duties as assigned.

CAMPUS SPECIFIC INFORMATION
- Serves as the Assistant Director of Athletics.
- Assists the Director of Athletics and Intramurals in assessing the school's athletic and intramural programs.
- Coordinates the activities of outside groups who use the College’s athletic facilities and assist with or monitor the monthly calendar of College’s gymnasium activities.
- Responsible for developing, producing, printing, obtaining advertisements, selling sports programs, prepare fundraising proposals and conduct fundraising events.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as needed or as assigned by the Director of Athletics and Intramurals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree and four years' related experience required.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- Familiarity with the governing rules of an athletics program participating in NCAA Division III intercollegiate athletics
- Experience as an administrator operating a competitive athletics program
COMPENSATION
Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
