CRITERIA
A MEMBER ORGANIZATION MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- Asian-led and Asian-serving.
- Fully developed mission with mission-oriented programming and job descriptions.
- Formal operational structure, including at least 1 paid staff member
- $150k+ annual revenue that includes reliable income streams for basic operations from formal fundraising activities.
- Eligible to apply for certain types of funding.
A PARTNER ORGANIZATION MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA*:
- Asian-led and Asian-serving.
- Is already a legal corporation authorized to work in NY with tax-exempt status as a “public charity” 501c3, and can legally accept donations.
- Has a Board of 3+ members serving as President, Secretary, Treasurer.

If it seems like your organization may be fit for membership, we will send you a link to our full AAF Member Application Form. Our formal application requires more detailed information about your organization, clients, and financial information.
